From Jo Stutz: I know I shared am in poor health but I would like to let everyone know I have had an exciting life. I married Bob Duggan and had 2 sons, Patrick and Eric. Bob graduated from Univ. of Richmond. Patrick holds several undergraduate and graduate degrees and was the Chief engineer for the Patriot Missile Program for the Dept. of Army. Eric is a program manager for a glass company in Hot Springs, AR which is where I also live I have 5 grandchildren. After the children became adults I received my RN degree and became certified in Oncology. Retired in 2005 due to cancer. I have a wonderful partner with whom I have been for 30 years. He was also a nurse and is also retired. We have traveled and eaten our way from coast to coast and south to north (including Niagara Falls). I have been blessed with the most wonderful life and family. I belong to God which makes my life very simple. I wish everyone peace and happiness. |

From Martha Hinkle Fleer: My husband Jack Fleer and I met in graduate school at Carolina. We moved to Winston-Salem NC where Jack taught and chaired the political science department at Wake Forest for his entire career. We had two semesters in London and one in Venice at Wake abroad programs. I majored in history snd political science at Westhampton/U of R and after the children were in school got a Masters in counseling from Wake Forest and then a doctorate from NC State. |
